The current home for Evolve Urban Arts is Pierce School Lofts, 1375 Maryland Avenue NE, Washington, DC. Pierce School was once an abandoned elementary school building that has now been converted to luxury loft apartments. The common areas and hallways of this building are now a showcase that Evolve uses to promote local artists as part of the Urban Arts Gallery.
